Quote & Print

The Quote & Print Web interface QPCORPORATE enables customers to interact with your company over the internet, a requirement now for the majority of medium to large customers.

There are currently 4 QPCORPORATE modules which may be purchased individually to enable companies to meet client expectation, while at the same time keeping costs down.

Production Tracking

 

• Entry of request for quotations. These are directly queued for the estimator so an estimate can be generated.
• Quote tracking where users can see prices when their quotes have been done.
• Ability to order a Job online.
• Job tracking where your customers can see when their jobs are due to be completed. This will save much time and phone calls between your customers and your customer service reps.

On Line Stock Ordering

 

• Tracking of stock levels where stock is held for your customers. Customers can see stock levels, date and quantity of last order and scanned images of the stock item.
• Online ordering of stock. All orders are placed in an order queue for picking by warehouse staff. Invoices, if relevant, delivery dockets and picking slips will be automatically generated.
• Ability to have orders generated awaiting approval by relevant supervisor prior to finalizing.
• Ability to nominate on a client by client basis if payment by Credit Card by secure Eway link is required.
• Related "Order & Print" function where goods are not held but printed on request. A production Job will be created based on a previously agreed quote.

Personalised Stationery

 

• Online forms and business card ordering where user nominates the form/card and enters in the variable data. A PDF file is generated which is used to proof the business card on line.
• Ability on the set up of forms/cards to follow the corporate image with use of specific company colours, fonts and layouts.
• Ability to nominate on a client by client basis if payment by Credit Card by secure Eway link is required.

On Demand Print

 

• On Demand Offset enables the ordering from a predefined listing of products, generating the linked quote/job in Q&P
• On Demand Digital provides for entry of digital jobs and obtaining costings.
• On Demand Estimating allows the generation of an online quote based on price list items, where customer can select stocks and processes and build a quote which may then be saved in the quote file for later ordering through production tracking.

General Features across the 4 modules include:

 

• Increased security by denying the majority of users direct access to company data. They view only dynamic HTML pages that are generated by the Web Interface software.
• Each user is identified and access levels tied by a three-way Code being Company code, User name, User Password.
• At the print companies discretion and if applicable the Customer may have selected trained users to control online who has access from their company by adding and revising users names, passwords and access levels online.
• Again at the print company's discretion, ability of nominated end users to add and revise delivery addresses.
• Personalising company screens with relevant menus, images and their corporate colours.
• Ability for the majority of screens to display on a customer by customer basis, the data headings and columns that can be viewed.
• Ability to automatically notify all relevant staff of an Online activity requiring action.
